These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of INFINFLY’s services, including the Mentor Marketplace, Learner Hub, Affiliate Networking, and Global Helping Pool System (GHPS). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Users must be at least 18 years old.
Participation in cryptocurrency, online learning, or digital platforms must be legal in the user’s jurisdiction.
INFINFLY is not responsible for participation from restricted or prohibited regions.
Single Account Policy: Each individual is allowed only one account.
Multi-Account Enforcement: INFINFLY reserves the right to terminate all accounts
Referral Links: Registration requires a valid referral link; referrals cannot be modified after registration.
Account Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, wallets, and devices.
System Plan Fee: $15 per account activation; non-refundable; unlocks core platform features.
Platform Services: Users may access additional features, learning resources, or mentor assignments through system-approved mechanisms.
Transaction Rules: All payments are subject to platform operational policies and applicable fees.
Minimum withdrawal: $10 USDT.
Processing timeframe: 10 minutes to 24 hours, depending on blockchain or local banking queues.
Fees may apply per platform operational rules; a 10% withdrawal fee applies per transaction, and 5% fee applies on internal transfers.
Mentors must be verified experts with appropriate credentials.
Mentors may only publish courses and conduct live sessions through INFINFLY.
Uploaded courses, recorded lessons, and supplementary materials are the property of INFINFLY for hosting and distribution.
Live webinars are not stored unless recorded and uploaded with consent.
Mentors retain attribution rights, granting INFINFLY a worldwide, royalty-free license for platform distribution.
Mentors earn revenue per course completion or session view.
Earnings are credited after applicable operational fees.
Revenue is not applicable for incomplete courses or partial views.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of content
Interact professionally with learners
Prohibited activities:
Selling courses externally
Uploading plagiarized or AI-spam content
Misrepresenting qualifications or expertise
Access to courses and webinars is granted upon activation and system fees.
Courses are licensed for personal learning only; reselling or sharing is strictly prohibited.
Digital certificates may be issued upon course completion; certificates are non-transferable.
Refunds are not available, except as required by law.
Prohibited activities:
Unauthorized recording or distribution
Misuse of forums or community resources
Each member receives a unique referral link.
Rewards are earned through the Unilevel system and GHPS participation.
Affiliates must not:
Spam social media or messaging platforms
Misrepresent earnings
Forge referral proofs
Violations may result in suspension or revocation of commissions.
GHPS operates as a FIFO 2×1 matrix system with 15 cycles.
Cycle Mechanics:
Completion requires 2ⁿ entries per cycle
Half complete the current cycle, half queue for the next cycle
Cycle team requirements:
Cycles 1–3: no pool entries required
Cycle 4: 5 team pool entries
Cycle 5: 15 team pool entries
Cycles 6: 30 team pool entries
Flush Rule: Failure to meet cycle pool entries requirements within 30 days (from Cycle 4 onward) results in earnings reset; user restarts at Cycle 1.
Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed.
Leadership ranks:
Junior Ambassador: 1,000 pool entries → $100 + Android Tablet
Senior Ambassador: 10,000 pool entries → $500 + 660cc Car
Brand Ambassador: 100,000 pool entries → $2,000 + 2755cc Car
Rewards delivered during official INFINFLY events; salaries paid by the 5th of each month.
All users must comply with INFINFLY rules. Prohibited activities include:
Multi-accounting or fraudulent registration
GHPS or Unilevel system manipulation
Misrepresentation of qualifications, referrals, or identity
Unauthorized distribution, recording, or resale of content
Illegal, abusive, or unethical conduct
Any activity undermining the integrity of the platform or community
Consequences: May include account suspension, loss of rewards/commissions, and legal action. No refund of system fees or deposits applies.
All references to misconduct in other sections are governed by this centralized section.

Participation involves cryptocurrency and digital platform risks: volatility, network delays, and regulation.
INFINFLY is not a financial advisor or investment company.
Users participate at their own risk.
Wallet private keys or seed phrases are never stored.
User data is encrypted and handled per the Privacy Policy.
Multi-account detection allows INFINFLY to suspend or terminate accounts.
INFINFLY is not liable for:
Losses from incorrect wallet addresses or weak passwords
Blockchain or banking failures beyond INFINFLY’s control
Unauthorized third-party activities
Maximum liability is capped at the user’s last transaction value.
INFINFLY may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued platform use constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
